Job Title: Installation HVAC Technician

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled HVAC Installer to join our team. As an HVAC Installer, you will be responsible for installing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. This is a hands-on position that requires strong technical skills and attention to detail.

Duties:

• Install new heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems
• Perform routine maintenance on existing systems
• Collaborate with team members to design and implement HVAC solutions
• Follow safety protocols and adhere to industry regulations
• Provide excellent customer service during installations and service calls

Requirements:

• Experience in residential/commercial retrofit/replacement - small split heat pumps and gas furnaces, mini-splits, package units on the ground, roof top package units, water source heat pumps, VAV boxes, chillers, boilers, cooling towers, and pumps.
• Proven experience in HVAC installation or related field service work
• Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with customers
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• EPA Section 608 Certification for handling refrigerant (or willingness to obtain certification)
• Physical Stamina and dexterity to work in various indoor and outdoor environments, including climbing ladders and heavy lifting

Work is on site, in person at our corporate office in Nashville, TN.
